During my stay, I encountered several problems that dampered my experience. First, there was no hot water on some occasions, which made for uncomfortable showers after long days. Additionally, I was awakened in the early morning by noise from other guests, which was quite frustrating as the walls seemed to lack sound insulation. The staff mistakenly charged me in soles instead of dollars, leading to confusion and an unexpected overcharge.

The garden views were lovely, yet the train station noise ruined any chance of relaxation. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade, considering I suffered through that dreadful shower curtain. Such lack of customer attention! Almost gave a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to. Dissapointing, indeed.

Wicked spacious room and the gardens? Just beautiful! We spotted some hummingbirds flitting around—so cool! It’s super close to the train station, which is a lifesaver when you’re lugging bags. Staff was friendly. they even held our bags while we explored. Honestly, the food was really good, too. Perfect stay!

this was my second stay in ollantaytambo, and pakaritampu exceeded my expectations! the beautiful grounds and large, comfortable room were perfect for a romantic getaway. plus, it’s super close to the train station, making traveling to machu picchu a breeze.

The hotel boasts beautiful gardens and is clean, making for a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast options included gluten-free products, which was a nice touch, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with good duvets. However, the sidewalks around the hotel can be quite narrow and poorly lit in the evenings, and the bed in my room felt too hard for my comfort. Overall, this was a pleasant stay with accommodating staff.
